About Naran Kaghan

The Naran Kaghan Valley stretches along the Kunhar River in Mansehra District of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, forming one of the most popular tourist corridors in Pakistan. Starting from Balakot, the valley unfolds with ever increasing beauty through Kaghan, Naran, and eventually the stunning Babusar Top at 4,173 meters. The valley is famous for the legendary Saif ul Malook Lake, a glacial lake at 3,224 meters steeped in folklore and surrounded by snow capped peaks. Other attractions include the charming hill station of Shogran, the meadows of Siri Paye, and the pristine Lulusar Lake near Babusar Top.
